• 1.All products and services we offer are intangible.
• 2.Communication between the customer and the designer is limited to the ticket only. We assume full responsibility in the event of private communication.
• 3.The service provider has the full right to publish your service for display purposes only.
• 4.We assume full responsibility in the event that your product is stolen after delivery.
• 5.Once the service is approved, it cannot be modified except within the service period and upon payment of a certain amount.
• 6.We are not responsible if you change your mind and view of the service after a period of work has passed.
• 7.Modifications after package approval only include minor changes within the project.
• 8.It is prohibited to modify designs after they have been approved by both parties.
• 9.It is prohibited to publish the products displayed on the website.
• 10.It is prohibited to request a discount on products or services. You are responsible for the project name or server, not us.
• 11.Payment before starting any service. The customer is responsible for all fees and taxes.
• 12.Work documents will not be delivered until payment is made, and aep files will not be delivered.
• 13.If a request for urgent service is made, fees will be paid based on the time period required.
• 14.If the customer requests a refund, the amount will be refunded based on the remaining uncompleted work. If the work has been completed in full, no refund can be made, regardless of whether the customer has seen the work or not.
• 15.Violation of payment and refund policies will result in the publication of the services in full, free of charge, on all our websites.
